​CPDR has been involved in the development, local adaptation, and validation of measures and instruments for different aspects of personality pathology.

In the following we provide links to Danish translations of measures that are free to use in collaboration or agreement with CPDR.

 

Personality disorder severity

Personality Disorder Severity ICD-11 (PDS-ICD-11) Scale
The PDS-ICD-11 is a 14-item patient-report measure that captures the essential features and manifestations of personality disturbances according to the ICD-11 Clinical Descriptions and Diagnostic Guidelines (CDDG) for Personality Disorders.

Level of Personality Functioning – Brief Form (LPFS-BF)
The LPFS-BF is a 12-item patient-report measure that captures the essential features of personality dysfunction according to the DSM-5 Alternative Model of Personality Disorders and partially the ICD-11 Classification of Personality Disorders.

Level of Personality Functioning – Self-Report (LPFS-SR)
The LPFS-SR is an 80-item patient-report measure that captures features of personality dysfunction according to the DSM-5 Alternative Model of Personality Disorders. This instrument was developed by Lesley Morey, PhD, who was a member of the DSM-5 Personality Disorder Workgroup.

Personality traits

The Personality Inventory for DSM-5 and ICD-11 Traits – Modified Brief Form (PID5BF+ M)
The PID5BF+ M is a 36-item patient-report measure, which delineates 18 primary subfacets and 6 higher-order domains, which correspond to both the DSM-5 Section III trait domains and the ICD-11 trait domain qualifiers.

The PiCD is a 60-item patient-report measure for the ICD-11 trait domain qualifiers.

The Personality Inventory for ICD-11 – Informant Report Form (PiCD-IRF)
The PiCD-IRF is a 60-item informant or clinician-report form of the PiCD.

Personality Inventory for DSM-5 (PID-5)
The official PID-5 forms include the original 220-item self-report form, the 218-item informant-report form, and the 25-item brief form. Staff from the CPDR was in charge of the Danish adaptations of these measures. The forms can all be obtained for free from Hogrefe Psykologisk Forlag, use this link. 

(Semi)structured interviews

SCID-5-PD
The SCID-5-PD is currently considered the “gold standard” for diagnosing DSM-IV and DSM-5 personality disorders. The SCID-5-PD is a slightly improved version of the SCID-II.
Staff at the CPDR was in charge of the Danish adaptation of the SCID-5-PD, which can be ordered from Hogrefe Psykologisk Forlag using this link.

Semi-structured Interview for personality functioning DSM-5 (STiP 5.1)
STiP 5.1 is a Dutch developed interview for the DSM-5 Level of Personality Functioning Scale. A Danish translation is available, and it is free to download and use.

Borderline Personality Features

Borderline Pattern Scale for ICD-11 (BPS)
BPS is a 12-item self-report scale developed by Joshua R. Oltmanns and Thomas A. Widiger for operationalization of the ICD-11 Borderline Pattern Specifier.
In addition to a total score, the BPS includes four subscales of Affective Instability, Maladaptive Self Functioning, Maladaptive Interpersonal Functioning and Maladaptive Regulation Strategies.
