Following the implementation of the above EU directive in the Danish legislation, it will be possible as of 1 January 2014 to arrange treatment at a public hospital in Denmark against a fee.

Prior to planned treatment at a hospital in Denmark, a number of requirements must be met. Region Zealand request that you fill in the attached information form and send it to Patientvejledningen in Region Zealand.
